Shipping policy

Online courses are delivered by email. Nothing ships, and there is no delivery charge.

Printed books ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Delivery is a flat $5.99 per order. Book orders of $50 or more ship free to the US, UK and Canada. The Compose Legendary Video Game Music paperback ships free. We cannot ship books to other countries yet.

Every book is printed for your order. We send your order to our print partner, Bookvault, the moment you place it, and it is printed at the printer closest to you (United States, United Kingdom or Canada), then handed to the carrier. Printing and delivery times below are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer in busy periods such as December.

United States: printed in the US, usually 3 to 5 business days (up to a few days longer in busy periods). Your books then travel by USPS Media Mail, usually 5 to 7 business days in the continental United States.

United Kingdom: printed in the UK, usually within 3 business days (up to 5 when the printer is busy). Delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class or The Delivery Group tracked economy is usually 2 to 5 business days after printing.

Canada: printed in Canada, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery by Purolator Ground is usually 1 to 5 business days after printing. Now and then a Canadian order is printed in the UK instead and posted internationally, which takes longer.

When your books ship we email you, with tracking where the carrier provides it. Questions about a delivery? Email support@bestmusiccoach.com with your order number.
